Sales Policy For Linda Blondheim Art Studio

Many friends ask about purchasing my paintings.  I am always happy to work out a payment plan for them.  I take lay away payments in several ways.  You can split the payment into two, four or six payments, or pay by month for 12 months. I store the paintings in my studio until they are paid in full. I send you a receipt after each payment so you know how much the balance is after each payment.  You may pay by check, in cash, or use your credit card through www.paypal.com   For Pay Pal payments send to linda@lindablondheim.com on the pay pal page. I try to make it as painless as possible to own my work.  I am happy to ship paintings anywhere in the USA.

For shipping outside of the USA contact my international dealer, Chuck Sapp at Paddiwhack Gallery.

paddiwhack@bellsouth.net

All of the paintings on my web site are sold framed with professional mirror hangers so that the frame lays flat against the wall.  I use wide metal leaf frames in either gold or silver leaf, plein air style. I can also order other frame styles for you.

You may also purchase the painting unframed if you prefer.

Leasing Art

My paintings are available for lease to medical offices, attorneys, banks and corporations in North Florida.  Payments can be applied toward purchase of the work if desired.  Work is rotated every six or twelve months. The lease includes framing and installation.

There are many advantages to leasing art. Your office will be enhanced by original paintings rather than inexpensive posters or reproductions.  Since the paintings are rotated, you will always have attractive new work for clients and employees to enjoy.

It will soon be buzzing with activity as one of the sites for the

This is Lake Prevatt during the dry season.  Last year in 2007 this part of the lake was full of water and lily pads. We were all surprised to see it all dried up. We had to walk further down the path to find the lake, still beautiful with lily pads just before blooming.

The color in March is lovely at Wekiva.  Many shades of rust, mauve, green and blue dot the landscape.  I especially love the mauve and pinks in the grasses there.

This painting was a favorite among viewers at the Wekiva River State Park Paint Out. I painted it earlier in the year from someone's dock.  I could probably never find it again. I will often drive up and down looking for painting spots from the shore. Most river and lake people are generous in allowing me to paint from their yards and docks.

Lake Alice on the University of Florida Campus is a favorite painting spot for me.  You will often find me there on Sunday morning when it is quiet, with my morning Starbucks Coffee in one hand and a paint brush in the other .  I have painted there for many years.  The lake is a sanctuary for wildlife and left completely natural.

This is a favorite painting for me personally. I never know why some paintings speak to me in a special way.  It is a studio work, so I was not on location to be a part of the scene, but I loved painting it.

Having grown up in North Florida, I’m well familiar with our environment’s rich and, unfortunately, threatened secrets: its lush, green horse farms; its granddaddy oaks and many palms so full of character; its pristine coasts and creeks (yes, there are still a few left.) When I discovered Linda’s work, I felt like I’d come home – again. Perhaps I’m describing a re-experiencing of what home means to me. I immediately fell in love, and my first Paynes Prairie painting led to another, then another. I can’t describe how it feels to be able to see some of my favorite spots on my walls at home everyday, and what happens when I stare at Linda’s work and absorb not just the craftsmanship but the spirit of her scenes and the atmospheres she captures. Linda’s cheerfulness, humor and generosity made me value her work and her gifts even more. She even made me want to pick up a paint brush again; her love for the creative process is that infectious.

I could not get the digital color corrected. The sky is yellow with gray clouds. The rear area foliage and trees are not as blue, more blue gray.

Linda's paintings are beautiful. I have purchased numerous paintings from her  studio and on line. I have never been disappointed.  Linda is delightful and quick to answer any inquiry.  I look forward to purchasing more of her gorgeous paintings in the future.

This was the first painting in the yard Series. What a beautiful day. I spent the afternoon with my student, watching the leaves fall. it was a wonderful way to spend my day.   My dog Anchor loves to rustle around in the leaves while I paint, exploring and sniffing his way around the yard.

My wife and I have collected your work for 12 years. Your knowledge of the area and its hidden places is impressive and your passion to preserve those wonderful sights is expressed in every piece with every brushstroke. We have repeatedly found ourselves looking at your art work
with thoughts of our legacy. We both grew up in Florida, we were raised as many Floridians, submerged in the waters, pine forests and oaks. We have seen some very amazing sights here. Walking for countless hours at the many outdoor art shows of the state we realize that its very hard to capture the colors and textures of the state. We also realize how unique your abilities are. Your work grabbed us the moment we first saw it and it holds us still today. That's why we just bought yet another piece. And we have our eye on another. I really appreciate how we have always been treated like your dearest friends not patrons. We enjoy your seasonal parties and open houses, not just as an opportunity to see your newest works, but to spend time with you.

This peaceful place is a farm near Newberry on county road 235. I painted from the road easement so I don't know who owns the land.   This is the kind of scene that everyone in North Central Florida sees every day. We all take this beauty for granted as we hurry along, but I wonder how long we will have this beautiful land to enjoy?
